Limited Driving Privileges If you have been charged with multiple DWI/DUI’s, your license may be placed under a 5 or 10 year denial. If your license is under a denial, you cannot legally drive without first obtaining a Limited Driving Privilege. A Petition for a Limited Driving Privilege must be filed in State Court in order to receive a Limited Driving Privilege while a license is under a 5 or 10 year denial. In most cases, the Petitioner will also be required to obtain an SR-22 insurance policy and have an Ignition Interlock Device installed on the Petitioner’s vehicle. Mr. Abramson has helped several of his clients obtain Limited Driving Privileges – often for clients who have not been able to legally drive for years. If your Missouri license is currently under a 5 or 10 year denial, contact Eric Abramson directly for a free consultation on how to get your license back in good standing. All Practice Areas
